Environments 虚拟环境

虚拟环境是不需要上传到git的，只需要上传3个requirements.txt

由于每个系统的依赖会有一点点不一样，所以要分开，当然最好是开发环境、测试环境和生产环境都一样，这是最好的，就不用多次测试。
